Next on was the highlight of our meeting, the moment we were all waiting for!

The special speaker, Dr. Alvin Teoh, ACS, gave a speech on ‘Grooming’ which emphasized on ‘Perception’, ‘Posture’ and ‘Props’. We had many hilarious moments when we were all involved in a workshop to practice the three ‘P’s with a lot of scribbling of each other’s occupations on A4 paper attached on each other’s back. Thank you, Dr. Alvin, you are great. We really enjoyed your “funtastic’ session. We hope to have you back again and look forward to it.

Pun Yew Kee, the Listening Evaluator, claimed that he had only six questions but ended up having questions within questions that eventually we had more than ten questions! This seemed to have become the culture of our club to hide questions within questions!  Due to this, nobody was able to get the Best Listening Award! Well done, Yew Kee! You are a rapid learner!

General Evaluator, Boon Sin Cheng, CC, ALB was very heartening and enlightening in his evaluation of our meeting and he also gave us some points for improvement. Thank you, Boon and we hope to have you with us again!
